Meal Plan Monday is back after a little break. It took a lot of work to get the monthly meal plan made and sometimes you can’t do everything.
You can purchase the monthly meal plan here. It comes as a downloadable pdf file with all the meals clickable straight to the recipe. There is also a image copy so you can save it on your phone.
Here is this week’s meal plan. A few favourites, a slow cooker meal and a night off.
MONDAY – Hidden Vegetable Spaghetti Bolognese
TUESDAY – Slow Cooker Beef Casserole
WEDNESDAY – Homemade Hamburgers (I bought 1kg of beef mince so I will make hamburgers patties with the other half. I would of preferred chicken burgers but it was cheaper to go with the mince I already had.)
THURSDAY – Leftovers. The spaghetti bolognese and casserole will make enough to have both as leftovers tonight.
FRIDAY – Takeaway. Friday afternoons are busy for us so we make it takeaway night to round out the busy week.
SATURDAY – Homemade Fish and Chips
SUNDAY – Roast Pork
