THE TALL POPPY PROJECT – REVIEW & GIVEAWAY

I was lucky enough to receive a copy of The Tall Poppy Project – Stake a Claim on Your Delicious Life, and what can I say it came at perfect time where I needed a bit of a mental push to keep pursuing me dreams and know that I shouldn’t feel guilty when I am craving that little bit of me time between raising my beautiful boys, working, maintaing the house and relationship with my husband.

This is what I said about the book:
The Tall Poppy Project – Stand Tall + Stake a claim on your delicious life spoke to deep to my inner thoughts.  As I read the book I was continually assessing my own inner thoughts and beliefs and going “yeah” I deserve that little bit of “me time”, I need to pursue what makes me happy and what I enjoy, I am still a person after children and I should of never forgot that.  The chapter “Plate” really spoke to me, We Are What We Eat – a home cooked meal from raw real  ingredients will nourish your soul, mind and vitality more than any chocolate bar. We devote so much time into nourishing our families, career and home we seem to forget to nourish our own souls – this book is perfect to help get yourself back on that track to a delicious life.”

If you are mum with school age children then this comes at a perfect time, with the kids back at school you can take sometime out to get back into touch with your own self, or like me a mum with 2 boys that aren’t at school yet it is a great resource to help me balance my life in all its gracious hecticness.
