Mix In Ice Cream Cake

If your looking for a super easy ice cream cake that looks impressive and tastes deliciously naughty then this is it.

Using store bought ice cream and your choice of chocolate, lollies, fruits or biscuits you can create this too.

INGREDIENTS

4 litres Vanilla Ice Cream, left out to start to melt
3-4 cups of your choice of cut up chocolates, lollies, fruits or biscuits. I used snickers, crunchie and mm’s
Chocolate Ice magic
Optional: crunched choc mints and cherries

LET’S PUT IT ALTOGETHER

1. Let the ice cream start to melt. Place into a large bowl and once you can easily mix it with a spoon you are ready to mix in your choice of fillings.
2. Pour in the fillings and mix through the ice cream making sure to spread them out evenly.
3. Line a bundt cake tin with cling wrap and then spoon in the ice cream mix. Give the tin a good tap to make sure there are no air bubbles and then press down firmly. Cover with cling wrap and place in the freezer overnight.

When ready to serve remove the top cling wrap and pull aside any other cling wrap and turn out on to a large tray. Let it sit for a minute and it the cake tin should come loose. Remove the cling wrap and drizzle with ice magic and decorate as you wish.

If the weather is hot enjoy quickly.
