Busy mornings call for quick smoothies and ones that keep you full and satisfied. This Blueberry Blast Smoothie is thick and creamy and packed full of ingredients to keep your tummy happy.
It does have peanut butter in it which adds to the lovely thick texture and flavour. If you can’t have nuts simply omit.
1 Frozen Banana
1/2 Cup Frozen Blueberries
Handful of Baby Spinach Leaves
1 Tbs Peanut Butter
1/4 Cup Quick Oats
4 Cubes of Ice
Milk to cover the ingredients (use your milk of choice)
LETS PUT IT ALL TOGETHER
1. Using a personal blender (I use the Kambrook Blitz2Go) or a blender place all the ingredients. Pulse until all ingredients are broken down and your are left with a lovely thick smoothie.
Enjoy straight away.
