For the past couple of months I have been putting the new Kambrook BlitzPro through its paces in my kitchen. I am already a big fan of the Blitz2Go which makes the best smoothies and the new BlitzPro has lived up to my expectations.
The new BlitzPro power blender is more than just a smoothie blender. You can make all kinds of dishes from desserts to dips, ice creams to green smoothies, spice rubs to ground coffee. With its 800 watts of intense blitzing power you will make light work of hard fruits, vegetables, whole spices, coffee beans, biscuits, nuts and more.
The BlitzPro comes with two blades – a blending blade for blending hard fruits and vegetables, and ice (basically anything with liquid) and a grinding blade which will pulverise nuts, biscuits, seeds, coffee beas (anything hard). It also comes with two of the Blitz2Go bottles allowing you to make your smoothie and go.
Easy to clean and gets the job done the BlitzPro lends it self to be a valuable time saver in my busy kitchen.
Here are some of the recipes that I have made in the BlitzPro. You can also download a free ebook from Kambrook with 56 more soups, smoothies, sauces and more.

Enjoy the flavour of the Christmas favourite gingerbread biscuit in a cold, creamy and icing frappe. The BlitzPro blends up the ice the make a frothy drink perfect for cooling down.
My favourite was the Gingerbread Frappe. It blended up to make a store bought consistency frappe without the expensive price tag and I can have one whenever I want.

Delicious smoothies full of Summer fruit and goodness to give us all a boost at this busy time of year! They will also keep me on track and eating healthily over the holidays, and give the kids a healthy start to the New year and all that entails!
Smoothies, lots of smoothies. So I can turn then into frozen pops for the kids (and the BIG kids too!)
Homemade baby food to stock up the freezer, and some mocktails and cocktails for Christmas day!
Homemade baby food to stock up the freezer and some cocktails and mocktails for Christmas day!
The Saucy chef in me would make a “Garam Masala” spiced aromatic pan seared barramundi, the warmth of the aromats in the garam masala freshly ground with the grinding blade of the Blitz Pro- heaven on a plate!
I want to make the perfect banana and honey smoothie that is actually a smoothie rather than a smoothie with lumpy bits in it!
i would make a mango and pineapple smoothie
Some high protein smoothies for my hubby who is recovering from a hip replacement!
The Gingerbread Frappe sounds delicious! This would definitely be something I would make first if I was lucky enough to win.
Looking forward to trying the gingerbread frappe.
Smoothies for me & hubby & ice creams for the kids!
Healthy thick fruit drinks for the family!! Nom Nom!!
Vegetable smoothie to enjoy it’s blending power.
I would make vegetable/ legum sauces to hide vegetables in a number of dishes such as tacos
The Chocolate peanut butter cheesecake recipe looks and sounds delicious, i’m thinking I could make it into peanut butter cup like desserts to treat the family on a hot summer day!
The first thing I would make is the delicious sounding gingerbread frappe and then I would dare to be adventurous and try my hand at some healthy summery smoothies to help try and get into shape over summer and hopefully feel the best I have in a long time!
Banana and raspberry “icecream” popsicles.
The Gingerbread Frappe! Sounds amazing and I want it in my belly pronto! 🙂
Whip up a nutritious green smoothie so filling and easy to make for dinner when in a hurry.
I would love to try the Kambrook Blitz Pro. Was given a cheaper, less powerful blender and it just doesn’t cut it literally lol! I would love to be able to make silky smooth healthy and delicious smoothies for my two young boys without all the lumps! This machine looks like it would well and truly get the job done!
A gingerbread Frappe! Yum it will be like Christmas in a drink!!
The gingerbread frappe I think would be my favorite too so that is what I would make
As my first use of this amazing blender id make homemade baileys, I mean it is christmas time and a old family recipe a must!!
Having been on a new eating plan for the last 5 months and lost 16 kilos, the Kambrook BlitzPro would be an awesome addition to my kitchen. Smoothies would certainly be on the menu ………..
The first thing I would make would be a coffee frappe. Being summer, I don’t want a hot cup of coffee (and I never get the chance to drink it while it’s hot!), but with two sleep-less toddlers I need caffeine!
A freezer full of baby food and yummy treats for my toddler
Caramel machiato frappe oooh Starbucks right in my own kitchen. Then close second would be chocolate frappes for the rest of the family so they don’t feel left out.
I want the BlitzPro with its grinding blade to help me make a powder out of eggshells.. Yes! That’s right! Egg shells. I haven’t gone mad… Eggshells that are normally thrown away are a high source of calcium in powder form. I want to add it to my smoothies to slow down osteoporosis and to my kids food for their strong teeth and bones.
I’d whip out a ‘Berry Brain Blast’ to kickstart my day ?
Ohh Strawberry Daiquiris of course! You only live once! 🙂
I’d love to try out the Gingerbread frappe! A perfect cold treat for the warm summer christmas we are going to have.
First thing I would love to make with the Blitz Pro is a caramel frappe, with the new salted caramel Baileys. Yum!
I’d whizz up some fruits to make a Black Pearl, it’s a great cocktail for the festive season. [Chambord, vodka, blackberries, orange juice, orange zest, cinnamon.]
I would make a delicious banana smoothie as my starter recipe
I would use it for my daughter to make strawberry smoothies. She’s a picky eater especially being Autistic. Then I would make smoothies for myself.
Wow what a great prize!
Oh wow, everything you’ve put on here looks delicious! I’m thinking I’d give the gingerbread frappe a whizz (or blitz!) since it’s the festive season. Followed quickly by some home made ice creams : ) Thanks for the inspiration!
The first thing id make is pumpkin and pea puree for my little girl who is about to start solids cause lets face it, us mums always come last right? But dont worry, I’ll make up for by then using it to make pina coladas with lots of ice and fresh pineapple blended right in mmmm ???
