Three Ingredient Tim Tam Choc Raspberry Cheesecake Balls

You are three ingredients away from a flavour explosion in your mouth, that is the only way to describe these Tim Tam Choc Raspberry Cheesecake Balls.

These are so quick and easy to whip up that they are the perfect treat to bring to a party when you are asked not to bring a thing.  Perfect for Christmas parties, Christmas day or any day really.

They do however need to be kept cold otherwise they will melt, so bring them out just as you are ready to eat them.

Three Ingredient Tim Tam Choc Raspberry Cheesecake Balls

INGREDIENTS

1 Packet Choc Raspberry Tim Tam
250gm Cream Cheese
100gm Chocolate
Sprinkles

LETS PUT IT ALL TOGETHER

1. Place the Tim Tam’s into a food processor and process until all broken down into even sized pieces.

2. Add the cream cheese and process until it all combines and starts to come together.

3. Roll tablespoon sized amounts of the mix into balls place on a tray and place in the fridge to set.  Approx 1 hour.

4. Melt the chocolate in the microwave by doing 30 second bursts until smooth.  Dip the balls into the chocolate (I only covered one side but you could cover the entire ball).  Add sprinkles and return to the tray.  Repeat until all done and place in the fridge to set fro 30 minutes.

Store in an airtight container once set.

Remember: these need to be refrigerated at all times.

Makes approx 12.

    These look really yummy thanks :-).
    Thinking about making for Christmas gifts. Would I be able to make a few days in advance and then freeze do you think?
