Summer means salads. I always have two large salads made up in the fridge during Summer to allow for quick and easy side dishes during the week. In Summer we use our BBQ alot!!! It takes the heat out of the kitchen and it is also quick and easy to get dinners cooked while the kids swim and play.
A new addition to our Summer salad rotation is this Ham, Pesto and Penne Salad. I am using my favourite D’Orsogna Jarrah Honey Ham, Pulse Pasta (made from peas, lentils, chickpeas and borlotti beans), pesto, frozen peas and canned chickpeas – so simple, so tasty~!
Just by purchasing more that $6 worth of D’Orsogna Jarrah Honey Ham from your local Woolworths Deli counter, you are eligible to enter to win a family holiday to Italy’s Amalfi Coast, or 1 of 3 Bali Getaways as second place prizes.
