Is it ok to use caster suger instead of brown sugar?

    • Amanda January 14, 2015 at 6:00 pm #

Hi, yes you can change for caster sugar, it will just change the texture of the biscuit to a more crunchier biscuit as opposed to a chewy biscuit which the brown sugar makes it.
