I am using D’orsogna’s product of the year Premium Australian Ham off the Bone found in the deli section of your local Woolworths to create this quick and delicious weeknight dinner.
The kids love ham, cheese and pasta so what’s not to love about this winner of a weeknight dinner? the peas (maybe) but they still gobbled it up and it is still delicious the next day reheated.
One pot, 5 ingredients and 15 minutes from start to plate.
200gm D’Orsogna Premium Australian Ham off the Bone, cut into ribbons
340gm Uncooked Cheese Tortellini
1/2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese, grated
1 Cup Cooking Cream
1/2 Cup Frozen Peas
LETS PUT IT ALL TOGETHER
1. Cook the tortellini according to the instructions on the packet.
Once cooked, drain water and return tortellini to pot.
2. Return the pot to the stove over a low heat.
3. Add the D’Orsogna Premium Australian Ham off the bone,
cream, cheese and peas and mix through until combined.
Remove from heat.
Time: 15 minutes
