What we are eating for dinners this week!
MONDAY – Tahini Chicken (I have chicken thighs in the freezer from last time I made this dish so using them up to make it again, it has become a family favourite).
TUESDAY – Slow Cooker Beef Casserole (the first day of the official outside of the house work week starts today for me and I like to kick it off with a slow cooker meal so I don’t feel so rushed when we get home).
WEDNESDAY – Ravioli was on special last week and it is Mr8’s favourite dinner so it’s on the menu this week.
THURSDAY – Leftovers using up everything from the previous nights before the grocery shop on Friday.
FRIDAY – Homemade Fish and Chips
SATURDAY – Roast Pork with vegetables and mashed potato
SUNDAY – BBQ Steak with Risoni and Vegetables (I found a packet of risoni in the back of the pantry when I cleaned it out last weekend. I teamed it up with fried off red onion, garli, mushrooms, spinach and zucchini which I then tossed through the cooked risoni, it was delish!) For the kids I took a portion out that only had the zucchini in it as I know they wouldn’t eat the mushrooms and spinach).
