Frozen Banana Pops

It’s amazing, when you freeze a banana the flavour and consistency changes altogether.  You could actually convince yourself into thinking that you are eating ice cream.

These Banana Pops are a perfect little treat as they are full of all the goodness of a banana with a little added chocolate and sprinkles which the kids will love.
INGREDIENTS
Large perfectly ripe bananas, cut each banana into threes.
Ice Magic or melted chocolate
Sprinkles or crushed nuts to decorate
LET’S PUT IT ALTOGETHER
1. Pierce the thicker end of each banana piece with a paddle pop stick or the stick from your ice block moulds. If the banana cracks, just squeeze it back together around the stick.
2. Place into zip lock bags and freeze until hard. About 4 hours.
3. When ready to eat remove from the freeze and pour ice magic over immediately followed by the sprinkles.

Enjoy straight away.
